These terms govern access to darkhorse.agency and the baseline expectations for any engagement commissioned with Dark Horse Creative (Pty) Ltd. Commercial terms (scope, fees, timelines, deliverables) are agreed in a separate statement of work per engagement.
Case metrics shown on this site are real and measured in each client's own analytics. They are not a promise of the same result for your business.
In plain English: if something goes wrong, our refund exposure is limited to the fees you paid in the last twelve months, not open-ended damages. Aggregate liability for any engagement is capped at the fees paid under the relevant SOW in the 12 months preceding the claim.
